The most convenient though is a Legends Cape only 1 in each stat less than an obsidian cape, and costing only around 300 GP odd ( after legends quest ). The Cape of Legends gives +7 in all defense bonuses and the Obsidian Cape gives +9 in all defense bonuses. So, actually, the Legends Cape is 2 less than the Obsidian Cape, not 1.
