You need: HM: DEFOG,SURF AND STENGHT. MANY NET BALLS/DIVE BALLS A SUPER ROD AND A RARE BONE JUST FOR GOOD LUCK first you enter the cave from celstic town and use strenght on the boulder. after that you enter the cave with the fog you use defog and walk down the stairs. There is it a water path in that path you have to use surf and start the fishing. you have to fish 2-4 times for every step you take in the water the bone help you to find the feebas. When you find the feebas fish there so many times you can to get many out of the day evolve it with maxed beuty make poffin out of oran berrys and some times look at the tv it can tell you where it is good to plant berrys. good luck :D
