You can get a free website, with a long Web Address on sites like Webs.com and such.

But if you want to get a small address like: www.address.com

Then you have to pay for it, which can be a little pricey if you buy hosting+address.

If you chose to go with a free service, then your address will be like this:

www.address.webs.com/

(note that there are several services, using Webs as an example)
