You need to add trainers to your phone number and answer every call they make and wait for them to tell you if they heard that a poochyena (or mightyena) is in a certain area.
This is the worst option you can do, as you can't delete trainers on your phone and they are annoying as heck. another reason is that you will need to add A LOT of trainers on your phone.
The best option is to use your Pokemon R/S/E (Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald) games and transfer a poochyena/mightyena to the Pal Park.
If you wanted to nickname it, you should nickname the poochyena/mightyena on R/S/E before transferring it to the pal park, (Obvious) like I did, otherwise the name rater won't accept to nickname your transferred poochyena/mightyena.
