A PS2 game will not play in a Wii there is no hardware or software you can purchase to even allow a PS3 (a much more powerful console than the Wii) to play a PS2 game. They have been working on an emulation program for the past decade (PCSX2) to emulate PS2 games and the program remains in a beta stage of still being tested. If you have a great PC and computer skills you likely could use the program to play many PS2 titles, but not without problems that you would not have using the PS2. Games are software designed to play exclusively on a single console even if they are released in different platform versions.

No, you cannot.
yes you do need a modchip to play copied games on a Nintendo wii, their is no soft mod available yet to allow you to do this, however a wii can be soft modded to play gamecube copies.
no you can't. wii only plays GC and wii games while PS2 only plays PS1 and PS2 games. so obviously it won't work.
