You can get two in Mt. Moon. The first one can be found as a Pokeball just after you battle a hiker. The second one is invisible. You need to search by the rocks just before you battle a super nerd which lets you obtain a helix/dome fossil upon defeating him.
To note: Dome Fossil gives you Kaboto, while Helix Fossil gives you Omanyte.
The third one can be obtain by doing a quest on Two Island and Three Island.
You also get one after you fought Giovanni for the second time.

∙ 14y agoYour mother might buy you one if you leave your money with her, and you can sometimes get one for 2500 points at the Pokeathalon, and you can sometimes win one from the Bug Catching Contest, at the Ruins of Alph, in the Tohjo Falls, and at Mt. Moon

∙ 14y agoyou can either trade points for it at the poeathlon dome, or go to the Mt. Moon Square at night. The Clefairy will not always be there. Remember, the moon stone is also not always at the poke dome.
