Once you get the spectrobes mastery badge (the little pentagon with 5 colors) go to the tree of life and enter the ruins. Find the Plant property wall and open it with a plant type baby spectrobe. Inspect the stone table and youll get a spiked plant shield. To use raise both your wii remote and nunchuck and itll deflect some attacks and lower damage on others.
