In regards to PKMN Platinum, Minun can be found in the Trophy Garden after speaking to the owner. Upon speaking to him, you will be informed of a new pkmn inhabiting the area that day. The pkmn may not necessarily be Minun, however, this event can be redone everyday. The pkmn is determined upon speaking to the owner, so soft-reset'ing for a Minun is also possible.
