Most good car tool shops will have them, usually a square drive hole in the head of the bolt, some normal socket drive kits may fit. (Normally the 3/8" drive one, I have used the 6" extension bar with the ratchet on the other end and it's worked a treat). Remember to ALWAYS replace the sealing washer when the plug is removed, if not I guarantee a leak will develop.
