Well i know 4 ways of getting accessories. Not all of them.
1.You know there are 2 houses beside(under) the veilstone gym? go in the the left one and talk to the girl.
2.Get accessories by winning contests.
3.Go to amity square and stroll with a Pokemon. talk to it and sometimes it will hold something like fluffs.
4.get the mask of your starting Pokemon at the beginning of your journey on the second floor in jublife tv station! Talk to the man with glasses.
