Where do you get all the small keys in the water temple in ocarina of time 3d?

By manipulating the water levels by using the ocarina and opening the chests like any other dungeon. If you mean where specifically go to gamefaqs.com because I don't remember off hand.
But BE WARNED, if you try to do this level without proper thought, you may end up unable to beat the dungeon. It is possible to get the wrong keys and end up stuck at a locked door with no keys and unable to get one.

∙ 13y agoIt was added to help players who found themselves stuck due to using the wrong key in the wrong door. Basically, you will have an extra key at the end of the level.

Which "dark dungeon"? You mean the Shadow Temple (or perhaps the Water Temple, since many people seem to have trouble with that temple)? In any case, if you're out of small keys, but there are still other small keys left in the dungeon, look at your dungeon map, and if you have the compass, you'll be shown the location of any remaining small keys. If there are no small keys left, it's likely that the only thing left to do is get the Boss Key. If you haven't gotten that yet, your compass will show where it is. Once you have the Boss Key, the only thing left to do is to go to the boss room and face the boss.

Look up Ocarina of Time and any of the walkthroughs with a star next to it.its a big puzzle really butwhat you have to do is find all these little keys which open chests and doors. then you have to fight dark link and you will get the long shot which you need to get to the temples boss but u still need to find the boss key.
