to get a destiny weapon u need to get a doom weapon first from the mysterious stranger beside falconreach then you go to artix (he is in necropolis) and u talk to him. He has an option to purify doom weapon but you have to beat a certain amount of quests and you need 10 undead slayer badges which u can get through his first quest save moonridge i hope this helped
