well first off flame body is not an hm or TM so you cant find it anywhere. but flame body is an ability i migrated a slugma from Pokemon emerald and it had flame body. i use flame body to hatch all my Pokemon eggs half as fast.

∙ 12y agoOnly fire type Pokemon can have the ability. For example,Heatran may have the ability. Not all of the same Pokemon have the same ability. I have a couple quagsirs and they have different abilities.
Heatran will NOT have the flame body or magma armor ability. its only avalible ability is flash fire, which raises its fire moves if hit by fire moves.your best bet is to look for magmar. these fire type Pokemon are most likely to have either of these abilities, and if that doesn't work, evolve it into magmotar, which most of the time does have magma armor. The only reason i know about this is because on the game i speacialize as a fire Pokemon trainer, but i do carry around an empoleon.

∙ 14y agoGo to Fiery Path (nearby Lavaridge) and catch a Slugma. Its ability will be Flame Body or Magma Armor. (I assume you want Flame Body to make eggs hatch faster, Magma Armor also has this effect.)

∙ 11y agoDo you mean how to make eggs hatch faster with flame body? If so, all you do is put a pokemon with Flame Body (Larvesta, etc.) in your party with the egg. Then walk around with it, or just be normal. Then the egg will hatch faster.
