First you have to keep the Egg on your team. Second you have to walk until it hatches. And that’s it. If you have a Pokémon with the ability Flame Body or Magma Armor in your party, it will halve the number of steps required to hatch the Egg (which varies depending on the pokemon inside). If you want to reduce the amount of real time used, hop on your bike with the Flame Body/Magma Armor pokemon with you and zoom around. The Egg will hatch in no time.

To get an egg to hatch is to walk around for a while but different Pokemon eggs hatch at different time/foot steps. Ex: togipi eggs hatches in 5000 steps. One thing about Pokemon eggs is that Legendre's can't have eggs. To make an egg hatch faster is to use you bike. To make an egg hatch faster is to put a Pokemon with flame body.

∙ 14y agoTo hatch an egg in Pearl/Diamond, all you have to do is walk around with it in your team! Honestly, its that simple. It's best to walk around with energetic, happy Pokemon. The egg will hatch quicker. The more steps you take with the egg in your team, the more likely it is to hatch.

just copy the link into your browser, select your Pokemon and you get all the info you could want including steps to hatch, evolution, moves learnt (through all possabillities) and much more

∙ 12y agoto hatch an egg in Pokemon FireRed all you have to do is walk or run like 1,000 steps,if you have a slugma put it next to the egg,and lastly go down cycling road like 5 times that's how I got all of the eevee evolutions, hitmonlee,hitmontop,togepi,pichu,smoochum,and squirtle!
