You need to shop at shin Tokyo they have all the mangas all at about 14.00$

or you could go to booksamillion. Their manga are around $9.99. There are also some cheap ones on eBay of course, and they are in really good condition.

Also, if you are looking for some manga/anime to read I would recommend fruits basket and chobits.

if you want to go somewhere for low price manga go to borders, they have it for like 10-11$
