Defeat the elite 4. get a sapphire and ruby. first you must get your strongest Pokemon with strength, get two escape ropes,also a Pokemon with fly for a quick escape to the nearest island. and a Pokemon with cut,then go to Mt. Ember, then go where those team rocket grunts were, there still there, and the dug a hole, talk to them after they say you were eavsdropping on them, and each one will battle you. defeat them, and they will go away and tell not to go in the hole. do it anyway. go as far as you can and take any path you'd like until you reach the end, notice that wild slugma will apear. you don't need to pay any attiotion to the weird dots here. after you do that, use a escape rope to exit. then fly to isle one. talk to celio. he will be happy and give you the rainbow pass, which allows you to go to island 4,5,6,7.(there is an isle , too. you need a special pass) go to island 4. there your rival will be there to taunt you and, surprissingly, provides you with some usefull info. you don't know what or who it is.Then will push you out of the way to go to the boat. go talk to everyone then, go to where you can surf. you should see a fat guy and a cave. go to the cave. explore and you should find all sorts of items, including water fall. explore a litte bit more and you should be able to see someone you know...

∙ 14y agoto get the HM waterfal you go to sunnyshore city talk to the girl on the beach then go do the gym then talk to the girl (called jasmin) and she'll give you waterfall to get the HM strength go just a bit south from Solaceon town into route 209. there is a gry building, the 'lost tower'. then you go to the top and speak to 2 ladies, onw will give ou strength! to get the HM fly you go to the Galactic Warehouse after beating Maylene and retrieving Professor Rowan's assistant's Pokedex in Veilstone City and it is in there. to get the HM surf go to Celestic Town and speak to the elder (Cynthia's grandma) after examining the ruins there.

∙ 15y agoHM #5 is found in the Great Marsh in Pastoria City. As soon as you get into the Great Marsh ( you have to pay to get in ) walk to the right. talk to the person there and they will give you the HM Defog.
