Kyurem is in the Giant Chasm, Deepest cave after entering the hall of fame. It is a level 75 Dragon- and Ice-type pokemon, you can find it North East of Lacunosa (where you see the large rock, you will need to find an alternative way round before you move that rock into the hole).
To get to Kyurem's cave you will need to travel straight into the centre of the Chasm (don't go round the top unless you want items), then navigate all the round of Chasm when you get to the centre it will turn White with snow, then you should be able to see Kyurem's cave in the far middle.
