Where do you get new cloths in grand theft auto IV?

At the beginning of GTA IV, Niko Bellic arrives in Broker and at the completion of the early mission, Three's A Crowd, the Russian clothes shop on Mohawk, near Niko's Broker safehouse, will become available to him and marked on the map.

After completion of the mission Blow Your Cover, where Niko has to drive Playboy X back to his apartment in North Holland, the island of Algonquin is unlocked. The two Perseus clothing stores and the Modo clothing store in Algonquin will also become available. These stores will also be marked on the map.

Apart from any outfits that Niko collects during missions, and the secret outfit at the Playbox X apartment, the four clothing stores mentioned are the only ones in the game where Niko can shop for new gear.
