To get Saurons armor in oblivion you must first download a mod or create one that imorts the armor in the game. Then depending on which mod you have installed ofr the armor you can find it in different places. See the related link listed below.
Where to find it in-game is probably in the description or the images. Or, if you have the construction set, just load the mod with the cs and find the armor in there; expand the second column to get the form id's for the pieces of armor, and when in-game, just press '~' and type:
player.additem <form id> <quantity>
