Eventually you'll find your way blocked by some Black Doors in the Agon Wastes, and you can't find two more Dark Keys. So a transmission from U-Mos will come in telling you to retrieve stolen Luminoth gear. So go to the place in a Space Pirate Base, and you'll have to defeat Dark Samus 1. (Yeah, there's actually four, and they have their own section in your logbook.) So then you can enter the Dark World from a portal there and also get two more Keys and the Light Beam. And there you have it.

∙ 12y agoWell, the Darkburst is in Agon Wastes. But you can only get it after the Seeker Launcher is obtained. Go to Mining Station B. Use the Morph Ball Slot and the big drill will start spinning. Once that's done, hurry and activate another bomb slot near the big half pipe and get in the cannon.It will fire you up to another Slot. Bomb that.Then the Drill will burst open a wall and you will have to go up there using the Half Pipe. Then use a portal to go through the Dark Aether and reach another portal which will take you to Light Aether and backtrack to end up on the ledge with the Darkburst.

These studies showed that Metroid Prime was indeed a metroid at one time but the phazon consumption has altered its evolution into metroid prime (dubbed by the space pirates). While in captivity metroid prime sensed a large batch of phazon in the room and broke free to consume it Metroid Prime also managed to integrate the pirates security drones weapon in to its being now fused at a cellular level the weapons are now a part of metroid prime. After a while Metroid Prime gained full control over these weapons and broke free to return to the Leviathan and consume more Phazon. Later Samus Aran made it to the chamber where Metroid Prime was completing its evolution. Sensing her it began to attack. After a furious battle Samus was able to land one shot threw the armor and it its face stumbling across the room in pain it fell into a lower cavern where Samus found its body melting, just as she begins to relax the core of metroid prime comes out for a final attack. Samus utilizes the Phazon beam to overload Metroid Primes unstable chemistry to destroy its body with its body destroyed the core essence of the Metroid is all that's left. With its phazon core over loading the leviathans cavern begins to collapse knowing this Metroid Prime make one desperate attempt at Samus by shooting a tendril at her and try's to pull her in Metroid Prime grabs her phazon suit instead and dissolves into a puddle. As Samus escapes and leaves the planet Metroid primes core cellular structure forms around the suit and emerges as Dark Samus A Human, Chozo, Metroid and Phazon hybrid

There can't be a Metroid Prime 4, cause all phazon and dark samus was destroyed thereby closing the curtain on the prime series which focused on these things and Nintendo have released that there won't be prime four but they will make other metroid games like metroid other m coming out later 2010

In metroid prime 2, you just need to shoot her, then when she's dark samus 4, get the charge beam and run into the phazon, that way you can damage her when she is in her shield use either the anihilator beam or power beam charges. when you run into the phazon the phazon will go into your beam and become phazon and that's how you beat her. In prime 3, you just shoot her with phazon, if you are wondering which dark samus is real, the real one would look different than a clone a trick is that the real dark samus will heal and the clone will just shoot.
