you have to have an action replay code to get it also you have to abtain these Pokemon: arceas, regice, regigegas, shiney tockakiss, darkri and regirock. then go to pewter city and go to the old man who gives you the yhe rainbow wing but instead he gives you the gt ball. NOTE: the onlley Pokemon that can be cat by it are celiby,
