First, you need to get into the school. If you found the piece of paper with the numbers on it, go to the lockers and enter the numbers. There will be a twisted wizard guide. Go to Greg's house. He will be playing a level. Give him the cheats and he will ask you to return the game to Rowley. But Rowley's dad won't let you in, so jump on his dad's car and it will go off. Then hide behind the bushes to the left and sneak into the house.

Go to Rowley, and he will give you a Joshie membership card. Go back to Greg's house, go to the locked room, use the card and turn off the lights in Rodrick's room. He will go out of the house.

Check outside to make sure he's gone, then go into the garage. Get the leaf blower and melt the snowman. The kid is Fregely, and he will give you a bingo troll.

This is how to get it from him: in one part of the game, Manny jumps down from a tree and breaks a little boy's snowman. You need to get the carrot from the broken snowman and use it on Fregley. To do that, you need to get a card from Rowley and go to Greg's house, where you can cut off the power to get Rodrick's music to stop (he'll move his Loded Diper van and you can get into the garage).
