How do you get rock smash on Pokemon Black and White?

Travel to Violet city. Make your way to the Poke Mart, then go by the kid in the blue Baseball cap. Head north to the trees, then make a left through the building You pass through to get to places. When you get to the other side keep going left till you see a fat guy in a pink shirt and blue overalls. Hope this helps :)

at ember spa on kindle road on island one. note it's from the old man on the op-left corner of the spa.
I could be wrong, but from what I remember, there is an old man that will give it to you, either in the sauna on 3 island, or up somewhere in the mountain on 1 island.

He will give you rock smash, but you need the boulderbadge to use it.

When you get to one island go north all the way to the ember spa. Enter the ember spa and talk to the old man. He will give you the HM06 containng rock smash.

Okay. Go to Island 1. Have a Pokemon that can use surf with you. Go to Kindle Road (which is on the right of the island) and swim north. Then use the path to walk further north until you see a cave. Enter the cave and it says 'Ember Spa'. Walk up until you see an old guy with a blue shirt. Talk to him and he will give it to you. Oh yeah and Rock Smash is a HM not TM. Good luck! Hope this helps! Also, try to have one of your useless Pokemon learn it. The move is weaker than a tackle from a magikarp.
On island one head north and enter the Ember Spa. Inside is a hot spring where you can heal your Pokemon by dipping yourself in the water. Talk to the old man next to the waterfall to get HM06 - Rock Smash.

You can get Rock Smash from a lady near Pinwheel Forest not inside it, which is to the left of Nacrene City. If you don't know which one I'm talking about talk to the women outside of Nacrene City (and by that I mean near Pinwheel Forest.)

First, go to Ecruteak City. Travel west of Ecruteak to the Sudowoodo spot, and travel more east from there. There is a guy past that point who will give you rock smash.
