He will give you the National Pokedex, and your rival will come angrily
because the professor trust you more than him.
After getting the National Pokedex, you will be able to:
-Catch Level 70 Mewtwo at Cerulean Cave
-Ecounter one of the Legendary dogs
-Get a new quest from Celio (Bill's friend) and make a journey to Island 4-7
