This quest comes in two parts. Here they are:

Mino's Anniversary Gift Part 1 (100qp) [Intermediate]

Begins: Mino, resident of Puuhonua Isle

Items Needed: 50 iron ores

Mino is planning a big anniversary gift for his wife, Lelu. He asks you to pick up flowers from Helena in Treeton and trellises from Arthur Temperton in Appleton. Arthur Temperton says he needs 50 iron ores. Helene will give you the trellises, but she also says to get some manure as well. The manure can be gotten at barns. You can get some manure from Harry Holterz at the Shellton Barn. Return to Mino after getting all of the items.

Mino's Anniversary Gift Part 2 (200qp) [Intermediate]

Begins: Mino, resident of Puuhonua Isle

Items Needed: None

Talk to Mino again for the second part of the quest. He will give you a list of the items you need: downy feathers, horsehair, moss, lichen, and spider's silk.

Downy feathers - Go to the Wington Pet Shop.

Horsehair - Talk to Groomers. Talk to Phyllis Clipper, owner of the Earton Groom.

Fruit - Check food stores. Talk to Cara Cook, owner of the Wington Food Store.

Spider's Silk - Talk to the spider on HI beach. He will tell you to talk to the "Spiders of the Skulls" on the desert. Elvira lives north of Santon. Morticia lives south of Santon. Carlotta is on Dust Isle. Finish Elvira's quest and she will give you the silk.

Moss - Talk to Twig.

Return to Mino after getting all of the items. You can turn in each set of items any time.
