The Prize Balloons
Special costume prizes were awarded on the site during the 3rd Birthday celebration for Poptropica (2007-2010). Balloons of various colors filled all the multi-player rooms on the islands, and could be "popped". Special balloons marked with the number "3" were randomly dropped in, and could be popped to win a special costume item.

It is in the Poptropica store. Click the star tab to enter Stats, then the Store. The first FREE item will be the 3rd birthday balloon. Click on it, buy it, and use it!
