Another option is to go to the Battle Park / Battle Frontier, where they sell for 1BP each.

there is also the store in celadon city that sells vitamins for 9800

∙ 13y agoYou can find them randomly in places like caves and the like, but you can also buy them at the Celadon and Goldenrod Dept. Stores and you can also get them at the Battle Frontier Shops.
