Keep going until you run into a boulder. There are two other boulders that are breakable using Rock Smash. Use a Pokemon with Rock Smash on one boulder and keep going straight. Soon, there will be a desert to the right and a path to the left. Go down the path to the left. Finally, go up all the way up the stairs. Go right, and there will be an entrance. Go through. Walk forward, and a lady will be standing in front of a cable car waiting for you. Talk to her, and she will tell you the cable car's ready to go up. Say yes that you want to go on, and then, you will ride in the Cable Car for a few seconds. Soon enought, you will reach the top of Mount Chimney! There, you can battle some trainers, and you can buy lava cookies from a nice old lady for just $300.00. Have fun at Mount Chimney! There are many surprises just waiting to be discovered!

Groudon is obtainable in Pokemon Emerald only after you beat the Elite Four. After you do so, go to the Weather Institute West of Fortree City, and go to the Second Floor. Speak to the scientist on the far left and he will tell you where Groudon is. You can do the same tactic for Kyogre.
