You go to project pokemon and in the fourms search pokegen. There is one called download link and infomation go there and download the beta (it may now be the offical relase check for yourself)

On Wahackpokemon.com go to downloads/descargas and then go to hacks.gba and find Pokemon mirage. then get a LIPS on hacks on that site. then download a Pokemon Ruby Rom. Extract your files and then use the lips and select Pokemon Mirage IPS file and Select Pokemon Ruby Rom and you have Pokemon Mirage

In order to acquire a gennesect you need one of these two things; 1: an action replay or some other cheating device (i.e. pokegen etc.) or 2: you wait until nintendo has an event somewhere (which are rare in usa) and actually physically go to wherever they are having it and they will give you event pokemon there.
