Go to the "Control Panel", select "Programs", under "Programs and Features", click "Uninstall a Program", select Skype from the menu which appears, then, above the program menu, select "Uninstall".
Go to Control Panel and open Programs and Features. You should find IMVU in there and be able to delete it. If that doesn't work, restart your computer and run it in Safe mode, that is, if that option is available to you. In Windows XP, open the start menu and click Help and Support. Another window will open. In the search box type: removing programs and click the one that says 'uninstall programs' there should be a link on the page that opens the Programs and Features. Or, type Programs and Features into the search on the start menu. ( Either one should work, but I'll need to check that tomorrow on our Windows XP computer.)
Go to Programs and Features if it is a program
