You must have 2 Liter Licenses. Also 2 dogs or 2 cats as a couple. A male and female. They must not be fixed. Click the send them a breeding request line on one your pets in the couple. Then send a breeding request to your pet's partner. Next go to the breeding page, accept the breeding request.

you do have to be a member to go on foopets but you cant breed them for some reason. (If u see a picture with a pug called sassy that's me)

Then just send the breeding request and go to the "Breed" tab and then accept your breeding request.
