You can't.
You have to have xbox live. Sign into your Xbox live account, then go to the game marketplace, then go to A-Z or whatever, then go to M, scroll to the right, find minecraft! You will need to buy a prepaid microsoft points card. Minecraft is 1600 microsoft points. You can also purchase microsoft points from ur xbox.

You cant yet Minecraft Xbox 360 edition hasn't received the update where you can go into the end but I believe it will be coming soon.
To get Minecraft on your Xbox 360, you will have to go to the 'Games' tab of your home. Then you can search up "Minecraft" and it costs 1,600 Microsoft Points. It is not available on disc, unfortunately.
You can either go to the games section on your Xbox and buy it with Microsoft points, or go to a store and purchase it with money. They will then give you a gift code which you type in on your Xbox and Minecraft will be under Games.
first go to help & options on the minecraft xbox title screen then go to settings then graphics then you can adjust your gamma (Brightness)
Mars is not a realm in vanilla Minecraft, therefore it is not possible.

Yes. Minecraft costs 1600 Microsoft points (or $20). If you or a friend happens to own it already, there's a way using download sharing to enable both Xbox devices with Minecraft. YouTube provides an excellent source of this information for free. In order to share downloads, you have to download your friend's account onto you Xbox and log in to that account. Once logged in, you must go to purchases and find a tab that (I believe) says something about Download sharing. Make sure to have that enabled. Then, log back into your account and Minecraft should work as normal.
