azelf helps you but does not live there. he leaves the distortion world after you get giratina and return to the real world and then you can catch it at lake valor with surf in the cave at the mifddle.

∙ 14y agoYou DON'T get Azelf,Mesperit, and Uxie in Distortion world. You could only catch Giratina. For Azelf,Mesperit,and Uxie they are now placed back into the lake after you talk to professer rowan when you got out of the distortion world.

∙ 14y agoim a bit confused about which one is which but if it is the last one then there will be a waterfall go up to it and press A, you do not need HM07 waterfall.
