Absolutely -- I just went in July, 2009, and we got so much done in one day by using Fast Pass. And we discovered a glitch in their computer. The two parks' computers don't talk to each other so you can get a Fast Pass in Disneyland and then (if you have a Park Hopper ticket) go to California Adventure and get a Fast Pass there right away without waiting until the time on your Disneyland Fast Pass.

How to get from lax to Disneyland?
There is a Disneyland Express bus that picks up at every arrival terminal. There is a fee which is collected when you arrive. First stop is the Disneyland Hotel. You can book a one way or round trip. Go on the Disneyland website for times of pick up. You can also rent a car and drive but I found the Express bus really convenient.

It's not.Universal season passes are significantly cheaper than Disneyland season passes (though the one-day admission prices are pretty comparable). One conclusion it's possible to draw from this is that people are willing to pay about the same price to go to Universal ... once ... as they are to go to Disneyland ... once, but that Universal has significantly less value to the repeat visitor than Disneyland does.I first visited Universal Studios Hollywood in 1996. By noon I was thinking about getting an annual pass. By about 3 in the afternoon I realized "I have done everything here I have any real interest in doing ... I guess I'll spend the rest of the day re-riding Back to the Future and ET, and maybe watch a couple of the shows I skipped earlier in the day. Annual pass? What was I THINKING?"
