you go to that place where there are fisherman at the edge of the water right before
you enter mauville city and then surf until you see a little island and then go into the
building on it and find your way through the maze and if you explore everywhere you
should be able to find a master ball on your way and don't waste it on a graveler like i
did only use it on a legendary Pokemon like rayquaza regirock regice or registeel.:)
