You have to go back to the judge that granted the order. Good luck with that most judges won't lift the order !!
usually 18 years
A restraining order works for getting rid of almost anyone.
as soon as you turn 18 its the law actually now the legal age is 17 so and you can get rid of an order of protection and the age legally at 16 but at 16 you have to come up with a good reason for getting rid of it and at 17 you become legal age you should be able to and if the order of protection is off then yes you can get married
You get a restraining order if they wont listen to you.
Restraining order/no stalking order. Requires proof of harassment. It will require the person to have no contact with you and stay a specified distance away from you.
If you haven't already be straight forward and firm - tell them you are not interested and to please leave you alone. Avoid them. If they do not comply then you may have to take things higher and get a restraining order.
Basically what you can do is just send his things to his home without a return address. He will know its from you because your the ex, but maybe he will get the idea that you dont want him coming back, i.e. the reason of sending his things back with no return address. If he doesnt accept it then...... a restraining order should do just fine lol
Break up with him.
Call the police.
Get rid of him!
just like you get rid of anyone else... you use a gun
Not unless you've done something criminal. If you are guilty of statutory rape they can report you but if they just want to get rid of you they can get a restraining order.
