You should install it in your wastebasket. These are not "performance chips", and this is nothing more than a scam. All that it does is fool the car's ECU into thinking that the incoming air is colder than it really is, which causes the ECU to richen the fuel mixture. The car will actually use MORE gas, not less, and will probably not pass your state's emissions testing.
The "chip" is nothing more than a two-wire connection to a resistor (you can check the resistance between the wires yourself!); if you want to do this you can simply connect a 5-cent resistor the same way.
Unfortunately, E-bay makes it very easy for scammers such as these to thrive, and most folks aren't smart enough to know what this really is, but are dumb enough to buy it!

Start by replacing the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
The rear crankshaft sensor is located on the back of the crankshaft. The rear engine cover will need to be removed in order for the sensor to be visible.
You will need a volt meter to adjust the sensor and a lab scope to determine if you have a glitch in the sensor.
