It's under the "Account Settings" Menu.
Request your recovery questions to be removed, however, this process takes 14 days.
You can try to re-create an email with the same name. If that is not an option, I don't know - but perhaps you can use the recovery questions.
You can unblock it by going on Jagex's account recovery feature, you will be asked security questions to make sure your that accounts real owner first though.

When you go to the Stronghold of Security, it is a maze, and you have to answer RuneScape security questions at each door until you reach the center. I'm pretty sure that you have to set your Recovery Questions on the Front Page of RuneScape in order to get the gift of peace. In order to do that you have to log out, go to the RuneScape hompage and click on the button that says 'Account'. Scroll down on that page and click the link that says 'Set Recovery Questions' and you will be able to set the questions. After you do that log back on and collect the Gift of Peace!
If you are trying to get back an account that was eighter hacked or you lost password to you can go to the runescape homepage account management section and it should ask you your recovery questions if you like i said before lost the password or it got hacked. But also be warned from playing runescape for 6 years i myself have been hacked several times and i learned from my mistakes so you shold make questions that only you could know well enough and be able to answer them. Also for safety don't make your password easy enough for others to answer.
If you cannot remember your password, use the account recovery section of the Runescape site. ( Make sure it is the official Runescape site )
Since the introduction of the JAG (Jagex Account Guardian), it is no longer possible to setup recovery questions as it worked previously. We are now required to setup JAG for any sort of "recovery" security to be enabled on our accounts, so you'll have to setup JAG.
im not entirely sure, but try recovery questions and if you havent set any, your screwed.
Recover your account. Make sure you always set recovery questions + Email on your account. Many other things such as your payment transaction # and credit card type is an essential. Hope you retrieve your account.
Please don't ask such questions here: sharing RuneScape accounts is against the rules of RuneScape. You can make your own account for free, on the main RuneScape page.
That is a private matter for that person, and should not be asked-especially here! If you are azamages on runescape, you should try recovering your password on the main website by answering your recovery questions, or if you are incapable of that, you could get a new account.
