For free players I would recommend power mining iron ore at al khared so you can bank the ore if you dont want to drop it.
You can also mine coal if your lvl 60+ in Dwarven Mines to get lots of XP and drop your coal to get through it faster. You can also mine in the Dwarven mines dungeon but i t req.s dunge lvl and it's crowded. P.S. it has a bank deposit in the dungeon.

Good question? It's quite slow on mine but I have a load of bunged up stuff so... I've heard it's fast on most computers so there. If you want a evaluation it's faster than Vista but slower than the plucky XP
