It depends on the city that you work in. If you need a license for Maricopa which includes Christie's Tempe and Xplicit you need to go to the Sheriff's Department and this license entails a fingerprint card and background check- this license is good for 3 years and is about $150.00. If you are in Phoenix you need to go to city hall 5th floor and they will run a background check- this license is good until September 30th and costs $27.00. If the club is in Glendale you need to go to Glendale City Hall, fill out a back ground packet, get the fingerprint card and pay $209.00- this license is good for 2 years. Scottsdale is like Glendale but costs $275.00 per year.
You need to go to the police department, and have them run a background check. It costs $30.

I would suggest you go to a stripper bar and ask. I am sure there is something better you can do with your life than strip for men.
Yes, a license is required to perform exotic dancing in Utah. The state requires dancers working in adult entertainment establishments to obtain a license through the Department of Public Safety. The licensing process typically involves a background check and compliance with specific regulations for exotic dance establishments.
It's state by state, and sometimes county by county.
