If it's a TM move, not possible, unless you get the same TM. For a naturally learned attack, go to Pastoria City and there will be a house in the middle of town with the move tutor. click on (my zone) then slide down to your team click on the words under your team then it will show you all the Pokemon you have caught click on the one you want to teach a move then load of stuff will appear about your Pokemon click on (available TMS and HMS it will show you all the moves it could learn click on the one you want it to learn then if that Pokemon knows 4 moves you will have to delete a move click on delete then that attack would of been replaced hope this information helps............bye

Yes, if your Pokemon learned a move by level you can see the move tutor on two island to reteach it the move it learned (if you got rid of it of course), also if it was a TM move use that TM again on your Pokemon to reteach it the move, if it was a one time move tutor move or egg move the only way to recover those moves is to have friend talk to the move tutors with your Pokemon/rebreed to get a baby of your Pokemon with the move.
