This is the area of Pell Lake west of the lake, basically all residences west of Clover Road, North of County H and South of Lake Geneva Highway. Realtors use this unofficial name to describe this area as it sits on a much higher elevation than the lake area homes. Thusly this area is not considered in the flood plain and no flood insurance is required on one's homeowner's policy. As much of the area around the lake itself is flood plain, the term was coined simply for realtors to distinguish a "sell-up" over the lake area....

As far as we know, there are no quartz geodes from the Earth's core. Geodes come from the Earth's crust, nothing really makes it out of the core. A good cut and polished geode can sell for $10-$100 each half, depending on the size and appearance. There not worth much of anything uncut or shattered.
Geodes are found around the world, from Iowa to Mexico to Madagascar to Brazil. To find out if there are any in your area, you could join a local gem & mineral club, ask at a local university or museum's earth science department, search the internet, drop by the state/provincial geology office, or look for books on local geology and minerals.
