Where do you start the mad scientist mission in fantage?
Go to Downtown or Uptown. Then go all the way to the right, and either you automatically go to the Mission Center or you have to click the pole to get there. When you are there, click missions and go through the missions till you find Mad Scientist mission, and start it. TADA! :)
