∙ 12y agoYou go to Rustboro City and go to the second floor of the Devon Building. In the bottom right corner, there will b a researcher, talk to him and he will take your fossil. Go do some stuff then go back and he will give you your pokemon. You need 1 spare space in your party. You would eighter have a lileep, or a anorith.

Also, if you go to the Fossil Maniac's house after you beat the game, then there will be a long tunnel where you can find 1) the fossil that you didn't get before, and 2) wild Dittos.
