23-60 at fist of guthix(fog) mostly cuzz runes are free. The best way to train at fog is to go to a world were (fog) is empty with about 7-10 of your friend(best if there around the same level) and just all tele to the middel and attack your targets till you run out of runes. ((then you restart the game))!!! i have had it were people thot they only got 1 chance at this. oh tips this is a safe minigame, so when you die you don't lose any items.
