Once you have provided the truck driver with the wiper fluid, return to Greg's house and open the blinds to get him to leave with you. You will see Manny drive by in the snowplow truck, and you and Greg follow him to the laundromat (his blanket was there). Push the snowball to bowl over the Whirley Street kids, then sled past them to reach Greg's house. He gives you the Island Medallion for your help.
