Very high, much used for Hog and Fowl Bird Livestock feed but even more used for broomcorn as a manufacturing material;6th I believe among the states,it is grown throughout nearly the entire state of Kansas in almost every county-Proso the nation the U.S.A's most important the most common cultivated,but most varieties with very specialized importance grown as well including Foxtail Millet found virtually everywhere that is the state.
