It depends on the area you live in. Usually its from a variety of vendors. I know in our area we get it from usher transport?? at least that's what the truck says. Also I have come across vendors such as Exxon, and Murpay Oil

I noticed Tom Thumb outlet in Florida had been downplaying the CITGO connection. Curious, I researched and found Kroger is Tom Thumb's parent. I emailed Kroger asking if their Kroger gasoline was CITGO. The response was that the source is proprietary. Well. 2 + 2 equals 4 in my book.
