Chaplains are paid ecclesiastic funded by a military, public service, health or education organization to provide references to an outdated middle eastern medieval mystic dogma of a specific denomination under the pretence of being a life counselling service in place of actual counselling while diverting funding from needed operations of that service. They have no part inn rendering medical care.
