Technically there are three parts to cellular respiration; glycolysis, the citric acid cycle, and the electron transport chain. Of the three, glycolysis occurs within the cytosol and the other two components occur within the mitochondria.
The three sources of ATP a human body uses at the beginning of a race are ATP that is already in the muscles , new lactic acid fermentation , and cellular respiartion.

could cellular respiration happen without photosynthesis explain your reasoning
Cellular respiration happens in the organelle called the mitochondria.
In mitochondria
In the Mitochondria
Certain types of fungi happen to be uni-cellular. Others are multicellular, but I don't know the names of multi cellular fungi.

anareobic cellular repiration occurs in your muscles. When you exercise because you dont have oxoygn
A fungi is a multi-cell but can be a single cell
